Products & Pricing
We describe our plants as accurately as we can. Because bougainvillea are living plants, the exact size, shape, and bloom stage of the plant you receive will vary from the photographs, which are representative of the variety. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we dispatch the order. If an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Shipping & Live Plants
Delivery timelines are estimates. Live plants may show minor transit stress such as slight leaf drop, which is normal and usually recovers. Our live-arrival guarantee covers plants that arrive damaged or dead when reported with a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once a live plant has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, though our live-arrival guarantee still applies.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering a healthy plant as described. We are not responsible for how a plant performs after it has been planted and cared for by you, as growth depends on sunlight, watering, soil, and local conditions outside our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
